The Full Track Tees Red Mule Transmission Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States of America ("USA") and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, and applicable Missouri state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a resident of the 48 contiguous United States or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Full Track Tees (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor utilizes Clean Sweeps software for the secure tracking of entries and random winner selection.

ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). The Sweepstakes strictly excludes residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all USA territories. The Sponsor, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on September 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 4, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER
Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:

1. Online Purchase Entry: Entrants who purchase apparel or merchandise online at FullTrackTees.com (the "Website") will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each $1.00 of merchandise purchased (excluding tax and shipping) at the online store ("Online Purchase Entry"). All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 4, 2026.

Bonus Multiplier Period: From October 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. CDT to October 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CDT, a "2X Bonus Period" will be in effect. During this time, every $1.00 spent at the Website will be worth two (2) entries.

The Sponsor does not offer cash refunds on any purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period. In accordance with the store policy, items may only be returned for an exchange or Full Track Tees store credit. Customers who initiate chargebacks for purchases will be automatically disqualified and their corresponding entries removed from the Sweepstakes.

2. Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry): During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries without making a purchase by legibly hand-printing, on a 3"x5" card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Each valid mail-in entry received will be worth five (5) Sweepstakes entries. If a mail-in entry is postmarked during the Bonus Multiplier Period (October 1 – October 4, 2026), it will be worth ten (10) Sweepstakes entries. Your mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to the Sweepstakes Period or Bonus Period and be received within five (5) days of the deadline. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

ENTRY VERIFICATION & FRAUD
ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE PROMOTION. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
Upon the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will verify all valid entries. The verified entry list will then be processed through Clean Sweeps software, which will conduct a randomized drawing to select the potential Grand Prize Winner. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential Winner will be notified by the Sponsor via phone and/or email.

PRIZE & FULFILLMENT
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a custom-built demolition derby transmission fabricated by Adam Flemming at Red Mule Transmissions.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000.00 USD.
• Included Build Specifications: The Winner will have the option to choose the following base configurations for their build: Chevy or BOP case, Factory Bellhousing or Cut Bell BOP, Short Tail, Deep Pan, and a Full Manual Build.
• Optional Upgrades: At the Winner's sole discretion and expense, the following upgrades may be added to the transmission build: a Roller Bearing build ($400.00) and/or an HD low/rev sprag ($250.00).
• Fulfillment Timeline: The custom transmission build will not be finalized or completed until March 2027 at the latest.
• Delivery/Pickup Logistics: Upon completion of the build, the Winner has the choice to either (a) personally pick up the transmission from Adam Flemming’s shop, or (b) coordinate with the Sponsor, who will arrange to pick up the transmission and deliver it directly to a demolition derby event that the Winner is attending.

Prize is awarded "AS IS" without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance or usage not mentioned herein (including the cost of optional build upgrades) are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No cash substitution or equivalent will be offered.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Red Mule Transmissions, and any associated platforms from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to entries. Entrants agree that the Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Sponsor be liable for attorney fees or any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within Missouri.

PRIVACY
All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at FullTrackTees.com. By participating, you consent for the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
