Refund policy

Exchanges Only We will accept exchanges for Full Track Tees store credit only. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for your item. All returns are credited strictly in the form of store credit.

To start an exchange, please contact us at 417mediabusiness@gmail.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to send your package. Original order shipping and handling costs will not be credited on exchanges.

Heads up! To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your parcel was damaged in transit, the item is defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at 417mediabusiness@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
